   • If the packet appears to be already opened, taped, or broken, the return will not be approved.
   • The reason for the return must be clearly shown in the video, highlighting any defects, damages, or incorrect items received.
4. Return Approval:
   • Upon receiving the video, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.
5. Refund Process:
   • Once we receive the returned product and it is verified to be in its original condition, we will process your refund.
   • The product value will be refunded to you within 7 days to your original payment method .
6. Return Shipping:
   • If your return is approved, you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
   • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
7. Non-Returnable Items:
   • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
